Our minimum charge for drop off service is $20, which covers you for up to 100 lbs of paper. Cost is 20 cents per lb if over 100 lbs.
For an additional fee of $10 you may watch us destroy your documents.
Yes, whether you have the documents picked up at your location, or drop them off at our plant, you will receive a certificate of destruction upon completion of the job.
Once your documents are destroyed the shredded paper goes through an automatic baler which bales upwards of 2000 lbs of paper per bale, which then gets sent to a paper mill for repurposing.
All documents are destroyed immediately upon arrival at our facility.
Your documents do not need to be in boxes when you drop them off. Upon arrival you will be directed to drive inside the building where our friendly warehouse staff will unload the documents into our containers and weigh them. Documents are then immediately fed into the shredder which shreds up to 12,000 lbs per hour.
No appointment is needed for drop off service. The warehouse hours are Monday thru Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
There is no limit to the amount of paper you can drop off. Keep in mind that our minimum charge covers you for 100 lbs of paper. The price will be $20 whether you drop off 5 lbs or 99 lbs, so it is more cost effective to bring as much paper as you can.
There is a charge to recycle certain types of electronics. Televisions are 50 cents per lb. Computer components such as keyboards, towers, cords and miscellaneous items are free to drop off. Hard drives are $10 each to drop off, $20 each if you would like to witness the destruction of the hard drive.
Yes, we offer free drop off for items such as vacuum cleaners, microwaves and other household items. Air conditioners, refrigerators and any other items that contain refrigerant gasses can be recycled for $35 per item.
